Stock, personalised and tray items
Stock items, items that can be personalised and acrylic presentation trays use the following Mainland UK delivery charges, based on the total number of stock-class items in the basket:

Stock-class items normally ship in 1–2 working days. You will receive tracking details by email after dispatch.
Bespoke display cases and plinths
Bespoke cases and plinths are normally produced in approximately 14 working days before dispatch. Delivery is determined by the largest external dimension (width, depth or height):

Cut-to-size plastic sheets
Sheets measuring 600mm or less in every direction have a £10 delivery charge. If any dimension is over 600mm, the order is collection only; select Pickup at checkout.

Delivery costs vary depending on the product and configuration purchased. Add the required product to your basket and proceed to checkout to see the exact delivery options and cost before paying.
Damage in transit
Any goods received damaged must be reported to retail@puffinplastics.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt, with photographs attached. If a pallet delivery arrives visibly damaged, please refuse it and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement and courier claim.
