Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment taken. If your payment has already been taken and your order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund of the amount charged. All prices include UK VAT where applicable.
Bespoke and made-to-measure products
Bespoke and made-to-measure products are manufactured to your specification and cannot be resold. They are therefore non-refundable and cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged in transit. Please double-check all measurements before ordering — all sizes are external with a tolerance of ±1mm, and material thickness requirements must be followed. Warranties and your statutory rights
We warrant that products will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Except as set out in these terms, all other warranties, whether express or implied, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to that, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or the products purchased from it, and our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order.
Use of site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail or chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including an employee or representative of Puffin Plastics Retail Ltd, is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute or otherwise publish through the site any content which is defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy, abusive, illegal or otherwise objectionable, or which may constitute or encourage a criminal offence or violate the rights of any party.
